Decide how you want to travel with your clubs, what you would like to hire, and how you prefer to get around the course. We help turn those preferences into specific requests.

Travel with your clubs, or arrange a rental

We can explore golf-club shipping options, compare the logistics with airline baggage, and coordinate delivery and collection instructions with the accommodation or venue. The plan should allow for carrier requirements, packaging, service windows, and the receiving property’s procedures.

Rental clubs are another option. Tell us about right- or left-handed sets, preferred specifications, the number of rounds, and the golfers who need equipment. We confirm the available product and collection arrangements with the supplier rather than assuming every course carries the same sets.

  • Outbound and return club-shipping arrangements
  • Venue or specialist-provider rental-club requests
  • Caddie, forecaddie, trolley, and practice needs
  • Golf carts or permitted personal-cart rentals where appropriate

Know the course’s way of playing

Some courses are walking focused; others use shared carts or require particular caddie arrangements. We check the venue’s current policies and identify any accessibility requirements early in the planning conversation.

Personal golf-cart rental, off-course use, or vehicle delivery depends on local rules and the property’s approval. Those requests are coordinated separately from ordinary course cart inclusions.

Equipment is part of the itinerary

The final plan records who is bringing clubs, who needs rentals, when shipped bags should arrive, where equipment is collected, and what the venue provides. That clarity helps the group arrive ready to play.
