Design the competition before the first tee

We start with headcount, ability range, available rounds, and how competitive the group wants the event to feel. Discuss individual and team formats, handicaps, pairings, scoring, tie-breakers, and the desired pace. The final rules and starting arrangements are coordinated with the venue.

For a small group, a simple points format and a clear scorecard may be enough. A larger outing can require registration, staffing, starting procedures, multiple scoring groups, and a more detailed run of show.

Connect the tournament with the wider event

We can coordinate matching shirts and hats, welcome gifts, a team reveal, a practice-round gathering, a photographer, and the final celebration. The visual identity should feel consistent across the materials people see and the keepsakes they take home.

The event plan also covers the practical needs: bag handling, dietary requirements, transport, rooming, dining timing, and departures. Optional on-site tournament support, golf-professional services, and scoring platforms are specified in the proposal.

A finish with a sense of occasion

Agree how scores are checked, when results become final, who presents the awards, and where the group gathers. We can coordinate trophies, engraved keepsakes, a champions dinner, and a closing presentation that gives the competition a proper ending.
