BLANKET MASTERSGOLF TOURSA Tradition, Like Any Other

Hello friends.

Arizona · Sonoran Desert

Scottsdale

A flexible desert golf escape combining varied course choices, a well-positioned resort, and evenings with their own appeal.

Scottsdale offers the ingredients for very different trips. We start by choosing your balance of golf, resort time, dining, and exploration, then select a base that makes that balance practical.

Choose variety without excess driving

Troon North’s Monument and Pinnacle courses and We-Ko-Pa’s Cholla and Saguaro courses are examples for a desert golf shortlist. Saguaro is a Coore and Crenshaw design, while Cholla is by Scott Miller. The right pair depends on your preferred style, starting times, and the accommodation location, not simply how many names fit on the page.

A three-round trip can work well, but a two-round plan leaves a full morning for companions or an outdoor excursion. Agree on the group’s priorities before booking so optional golf does not quietly become an obligation for every traveler.

Give the evenings equal attention

Consider a North Scottsdale resort base when the chosen courses cluster nearby, or discuss a location closer to Old Town if restaurants and evening outings drive the trip. We map the actual course-to-hotel journeys before recommending a lodging plan.

A spa afternoon, a gallery visit, or a guided desert outing can give non-golfers their own highlight. Pair an early golf day with a casual dinner, and reserve one evening for a longer meal together. Avoid planning an ambitious outdoor activity immediately after the group’s longest day in the sun.

Before your quote

  • Seasonal heat, daylight, and course maintenance can change the ideal playing schedule. Ask specifically about overseeding and recovery around the proposed dates.
  • Large event periods affect the wider destination. Consider flexible dates, comfortable transfer windows, and a restaurant plan alongside the tee-time requests.
  • We coordinate requests and customize the trip. Courses, lodging, transport, activity reservations, and supplier terms are confirmed with your quote.

ONE WAY TO SHAPE THE TRIP

A proposed four-day rhythm.

This sample itinerary is an idea to customize. Courses, accommodation, access, and timing are confirmed for your dates.

  1. Day 1 · A desert welcome

Arrive, check in, and share dinner near the chosen base. Keep the evening light before the first golf morning.

  2. Day 2 · Troon North request

Play a confirmed Monument or Pinnacle round, followed by lunch and an open afternoon for the pool or a spa appointment.

  3. Day 3 · A contrasting course

Request We-Ko-Pa or another suitable course, then return with time to change before the group’s planned dinner.

  4. Day 4 · Choose your finish

Take a relaxed breakfast, request extra golf with suitable flight times, or extend the trip for a separate desert excursion.
