Hello friends.
Northwest Georgia
McLemore & Lookout Mountain
Mountain golf with memorable outlooks, a deliberate resort pace, and the option to explore beyond the fairways.

A McLemore getaway is best planned with time to appreciate the setting. We combine a focused course request with a comfortable stay and a few carefully chosen moments away from golf.
Build around two distinct rounds
McLemore’s Highlands Course was reimagined by Bill Bergin and Rees Jones. The Keep is the resort’s second course and includes five cliff-edge holes. Requesting both can give a short stay a clear purpose, with a full day allocated to each rather than compressing the golf into a single demanding day.
The resort identifies several routes to play, including qualifying stay-and-play arrangements. We establish the appropriate route for your party and confirm the rules that apply to each requested course. The finished plan should make access and included services understandable before anyone commits.

A retreat above the everyday
Cloudland, a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel, and private home rentals are accommodation options listed by McLemore. Hotel rooms can suit couples who value service and privacy; a home can provide a gathering point for a golf group. We work through sleeping arrangements and transport before recommending either.
The resort lists dining venues including The Creag and Auld Alliance. A relaxed dinner after the first round and a more leisurely final evening give the trip a pleasant shape. Consider a separate Lookout Mountain or Chattanooga outing if the group wants a wider regional experience, allowing proper travel time.
Before your quote
- Confirm Highlands and Keep access independently through the proposed booking route; a hotel or home request alone is not a confirmed tee time.
- Allow flexibility for mountain weather and comfortable travel margins. Share any mobility needs and preferences for practice, instruction, or extra golf.
- We coordinate requests and customize the stay. Course access, rooms, transfers, dining reservations, and supplier terms are confirmed with your quote.

ONE WAY TO SHAPE THE TRIP
A proposed four-day rhythm.
This sample itinerary is an idea to customize. Courses, accommodation, access, and timing are confirmed for your dates.
Day 1 · Arrive above the valley
Check into the chosen hotel or home, unpack, and meet for dinner with the following morning’s logistics already organized.
Day 2 · Highlands focus
Request the Highlands Course and keep the afternoon free for recovery, a quiet walk, or time at the accommodation.
Day 3 · The Keep
Request The Keep, enjoy lunch without a tight deadline, and gather for a final dinner overlooking the mountain setting.
Day 4 · Explore or depart
Depart after breakfast, or add a separately planned regional outing if onward travel and the group’s interests allow.
