Hello friends.
Missouri Ozarks
Big Cedar & Branson
Ozarks golf, lodge and cabin possibilities, and a trip with enough variety for golfers and their favorite traveling companions.

Big Cedar gives a group permission to make the getaway about more than a round count. We combine the golf wish list with lake time, shared meals, and a practical plan for moving around.
Mix full rounds with shorter outings
The current Big Cedar golf collection lists Payne’s Valley, Ozarks National, Buffalo Ridge, Top of the Rock, Mountain Top, and Cliffhangers. Choose a pair of full-course priorities first, then consider a shorter outing as the social centerpiece of an arrival or departure day. We confirm the actual course format and operating schedule when building the request.
This is a useful setting for a mixed group: committed players can request an additional round while others enjoy a slower morning. Keep at least one afternoon shared so the trip still feels like a getaway together.

Choose your Ozarks home base
Big Cedar lists lodge rooms, cottages, private log cabins, and golf accommodations. A cabin can suit a group that wants a common living room; hotel-style rooms may better serve guests who value private space. We discuss bed arrangements and location before assuming one large house is the right answer.
Potential time away from golf includes a lake cruise, a marina outing, or a visit to Dogwood Canyon. Pair a relaxed dinner with one of those afternoons, and consider a separate Branson entertainment evening if the group wants a change of scene.
Before your quote
- Review a property and course map before choosing lodging. Allow comfortable transfer time rather than treating every golf facility as adjacent to your room.
- Reserve a realistic window for lake and nature activities, with a weather alternative for companions who are skipping a round.
- We coordinate requests and tailor the plan. Specific courses, lodging, transfers, activities, and supplier terms are confirmed with the quote.
ONE WAY TO SHAPE THE TRIP
A proposed four-day rhythm.
This sample itinerary is an idea to customize. Courses, accommodation, access, and timing are confirmed for your dates.
Day 1 · A proper welcome
Arrive at the chosen accommodation, meet over dinner, and settle the next morning’s pairings before an early night.
Day 2 · The first priority
Request Payne’s Valley or another anchor round, followed by a long lunch and a relaxed afternoon around the resort.
Day 3 · Golf and the Ozarks
Play a contrasting confirmed course, then leave space for a lake outing or an independently paced afternoon before dinner.
Day 4 · A shorter finish
Request a short-course outing if flight times permit, or enjoy breakfast together and depart with an easy margin.
